The pavillion styled restuarant at Tamanu... on the Beach offers some of the finest dining available in all of Vanuatu. The open-air dining patio overlooks the beach and is renowned for fresh, distinctive cuisine featuring the excellent local seafood, beef, and exotic fruits.

The meal is complimented by an extensive wine selection to tantalize your palate (French wines dominate the list). Like all of Tamanu... on the Beach, the restaurant offers a relaxed, sophisticated ambience.

With a staff being almost entirely Ni-Vanuatu, they are outstandingly friendly, and happy to accommodate your requirements.

Lunch: 11:30 am to 03:00 pm
Dinner: 06:30 pm to 09:30 pm

Outside the above hours our restaurant staff can serve you some simple snacks on request.
